These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold under the brand Quote Flow, operated by Contractor Leads("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase or accessing our products, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Quote Flow is a digital field guide (PDF and supporting worksheets) for local contractors. Access is delivered electronically after payment. There are no physical goods.
2. Acceptance
By placing an order or downloading the product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have authority to bind your business) and that you accept these terms.
3. Payment, billing, refunds and tax
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax compliance and cancellations are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
4. Licence and intellectual property
We retain all intellectual property rights in the field guide and any accompanying materials. On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the materials in whole or in part.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the product unlawfully or for fraud; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (c) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems (including scraping, probing, or distributing malware); or (d) circumvent any technical limits on access.
6. Service level
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Download links and account access are provided on a best-effort basis. We may take systems offline temporarily for maintenance.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where prohibited by law.
