We stand behind the field guide with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the book doesn't help you spot the leak in your request flow, you're entitled to a full refund.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all sales.

To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact us through the support email on this site and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your download link is revoked and access to the product ends. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days.

Outside the refund window

We may still consider refund requests after 30 days at our discretion — contact us through Paddle to ask.
